Privacy notice

This notice covers the public website and the information used to produce a Fix Plan.

Effective date: 2026-08-30. The contracting identity is Jordan Nabigon, operating as Ontario Access Check. The mailing address is 31C Cresthaven Dr., Nepean, ON K2G 6T8.

What this site collects

We use privacy-conscious first-party measurement to understand whether our pages and checkout are working. We do not use advertising trackers or sell browsing information. Measurement uses Stripe checkout metadata and our own operations records, with a random campaign or prospect identifier. We do not put names or email addresses in tracking URLs.

If you use the contact form, it sends the name, email, organization, website URL, and message you enter to hello@ontarioaccess.ca through FormSubmit, or through your own email app if you use the mailto option. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or private credentials.

Service providers

We use Stripe to take payment and collect the public website address during checkout. We use AgentMail to operate hello@ontarioaccess.ca and payments@ontarioaccess.ca. We use FormSubmit to deliver the public contact form. We use Cloudflare to host and deliver this website.

Customer and billing mail

Customer mail uses hello@ontarioaccess.ca. Receipts and billing mail use payments@ontarioaccess.ca only.

Page captures for a Fix Plan

A Fix Plan reviews public pages only. Raw public-page captures are retained only as long as needed to produce and support the Fix Plan and may be deleted on request. Transaction, billing, tax, fraud-prevention and legal records may be retained for the period required to operate the business and meet legal obligations. Email hello@ontarioaccess.ca to ask about a capture deletion.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for logins, CMS access, or form submissions that change records. We do not scan private or authenticated areas.
