Service terms and refunds

These terms apply to the $249 CAD Website Accessibility Fix Plan.

Effective date: 2026-08-30. The contracting identity is Jordan Nabigon, operating as Ontario Access Check. The mailing address is 31C Cresthaven Dr., Nepean, ON K2G 6T8.

What is purchased

The Fix Plan is a focused accessibility review and practical set of instructions. It is not legal advice, certification, or a guarantee that the entire website meets every legal or technical requirement. Each order covers one public website. We review its homepage and each distinct public path it offers for contacting, donating, registering, booking, applying and buying, on desktop and mobile. When the same path repeats across many products, events or locations, we test representative examples and disclose the sample in the Fix Plan. We do not log in. We do not make a real purchase, donation, booking, or application, and we do not submit forms. Third-party paths are identified. If we cannot review the public site responsibly at this price, we tell you before starting. You may approve a clearly disclosed representative sample or receive a full refund.

It includes a self-contained accessible HTML report, a PDF copy, and one correction round for material factual errors. Delivery is within two business days after a valid request is accepted and the pages are publicly reachable.

Refunds

  • A full refund applies if enough of the agreed public scope cannot be reviewed to produce a useful Fix Plan.
  • A material item that is factually wrong will be corrected and the report reissued.
  • If a useful corrected Fix Plan cannot be delivered, the payment is refunded in full.
